==Background==
The phrase is often attributed to the Chicago school of economics and is in support of its economic policy; namely a market economy and private property. Namely that the greatest way to increase real wealth of a nation is though liberal policy. It is seen as opposed to Keynesian and centrally planned economic views which support taxing and deficit spending to control consumption.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 work =Financial Post )
